Daily rentals:
7 days and less: we’ll retain 1 day rental + tax +$25 processing fees
All others, we’ll retain $25 processing fees

Monthly rentals (30 days and more)
More than 30 days, we’ll retain $25 processing fees
If 30 days or less, we’ll retain 20% of total remaining.
If booking 2 months and there is a cancellation for the 2nd month, the
first month will be readjusted at the 30 day rate, and 20% of the remaining will be retained.

Hurricanes: Full refund where an evacuation order from the city of Port Aransas is in effect at check-in, or for the remaining days of the same order.
