Refund Policies
Daily rentals:
7 days and less: we’ll retain 1 day rental + tax
All others, we’ll retain $25 processing fees
Monthly rentals (30 days and more)
More than 30 days, we’ll retain $25 processing fees
If 30 days or less, we’ll retain 20% of total remaining.
If booking 2 months and there is a cancellation for the 2nd month, the
first month will be readjusted at the 30 day rate, and 20% of the remaining will be retained.
Hurricanes: Full refund where an evacuation order from the city of
Port Aransas is in effect at check-in, or only for the remaining days of the same order.
If change of mind or No Show, refund will be considered only if unit has been rebooked.
Travel Insurance is suggested to ease your mind
Quick facts about trip insurance that may interest renters:
It can protect against unforeseen events that may cause renters to cancel their travel plans
It may reimburse nonrefundable pre-payments and/or deposits
It may cover emergency medical expenses if the renter purchases a more comprehensive plan
It may cover miscellaneous expenses caused by travel delays, such as transportation and lodging expenses or, if baggage is delayed, the purchase of essential items
It can also protect against lost, stolen or damaged baggage
Maintenance:
Maintenance calls attributable to the tenants..
Owner or agent designated by owner may enter premises to make repairs (we will coordinate with tenants except in emergency situations).
TV’s, appliances, AC’s or any items of an electrical or mechanical nature are not guaranteed. Repairs or replacement will be made as soon as possible during normal business hours. (However, failures will not result in refunds or adjustments).
Housekeeping:
Your vacation accommodations will be cleaned prior to your arrival and again after your departure. You should find your unit in clean condition. However, if you find your unit not cleaned to your satisfaction please call us and we will have the maid service come and re-clean the unit. We remedy only no refund or adjustment. You will be responsible for the cleaning of your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition nd removing all trash at checkout. Maid service fees may be charged to your account if excessive cleaning is required after your departure.
We respectfully request that you remember that you are staying in someone’s home. Please give it the care and respect that you would give your own home.
Linens are furnished. However, please bring your own beach towels and beach blankets, as linens are not to be removed from the unit. An initial set up of trashcan liners, bathroom paper, and facial soap is provided. Extra items or replenishment of these items are the responsibility of the guest.
We may give you extra when we are on the property.
